Peter Canova is an Arizona native who received both a bachelor’s degree in history and a Juris Doctor from Arizona State University. During law school, Peter worked as a legal research assistant with the legal team of a national billboard advertising company, interned with the Rules Office of the Arizona State Senate, and externed with the Arizona Department of Transportation’s administrative law judges.
As an Attorney Adviser for the Social Security Administration, Peter wrote hundreds of disability hearing decisions for the administrative law judges. After a brief stint as a personal injury and commercial litigation attorney, Peter is back in the Social Security disability realm on the claimants’ side. He utilizes his unique background as a former employee of the Social Security Administration to assist individuals at all levels of the Social Security disability process, including during the initial application process, Administrative Law Judge Hearings, and before the Appeals Council, to help disabled clients obtain the benefits they deserve.
Peter is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona.
